If you cannot sign in, include the email address used for your VivaPantry account and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords.
For receipt scanning issues, describe the store, the receipt format, and whether the problem was image upload, item extraction, or price matching.
For meal plan issues, tell us whether the plan was generated by AI or created manually, and what result you expected.
For grocery list issues, mention whether the item came from a recipe, meal plan, receipt, or manual entry.
For Google Maps, Google Drive, Google Play, or other third-party issues, describe the feature you used, the approximate time, the store/link/account involved if relevant, and any visible error message. Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens, or full payment details.
You can request deletion from the Delete Account page or by emailing support with your app account email.
