These terms describe the basic rules for using VivaPantry. By using the app or website, you agree to use the service responsibly.
VivaPantry helps with grocery, pantry, recipe, receipt scanning, store lookup, optional cloud storage, and meal planning workflows. You are responsible for the information you enter and the choices you make from app suggestions.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account, protecting your login details, and ensuring the information in your household profile is accurate.
VivaPantry provides planning support only. It does not provide medical advice, nutritional diagnosis, allergy diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or guaranteed health outcomes.
You are responsible for reviewing all recipes, ingredients, labels, allergens, dietary restrictions, and health decisions before buying, cooking, or eating food.
AI-generated meal ideas, grocery lists, receipt extraction, recipe imports, pantry setup guidance, and app suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. Review outputs before relying on them, especially for allergies, nutrition, pricing, product availability, store information, and cooking safety.
Some features may use approximate location, pasted Google Maps links, selected store details, Google Maps/Places, Google Drive, Google Play Billing, AI providers, cloud infrastructure, or other third-party services. Their terms and availability may affect app features. You may not use VivaPantry to misuse Google data, scrape or redistribute Maps/Places data, bypass usage limits, or violate provider terms.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, trials, and store purchase flows are handled by the relevant app store or payment provider under their policies. Access to premium features may change if payment fails or subscription status changes.
