You can request deletion of your VivaPantry account and related app data by emailing support.
Email support@vivapantry.com with the subject line "Delete my VivaPantry account".
Please include the account email address used in the VivaPantry app. We may ask for additional confirmation before deleting data to protect your account.
Data deletion may include your account, pantry items, recipes, grocery lists, receipt records, receipt images, preferences, household settings, meal plans, price records, and related app data.
Some data may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or operational reasons. Where possible, retained data will be limited to what is necessary.
